Hotel
  A hotel on the mainland has an urgent need to fill the following positions
A.Hotel Manager
Knowlwdge and Qualifications

1. Must have the ability to drive the company to the next level.
2. Computer literate.
3. Possess analytical, budget and planning skills.
4. Minimum of Bsc in Management / HND in Hotel and Catering Management.
5. 5 – 10yrs experience of which at least 2 must be at top managerial level.
6. Able to get corporate clients and organise clubbing.
7. Aged between 35 – 45yrs.
8. Ability to train other staff.

 B.Hotel Supervisors
Knowlwdge and Qualifications

1. HND / OND in Hotel and Catering Management.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience.
3. Aged between 25 – 30yrs.

           Architect
Wanted an Architect with at least 5yrs post qualification experience to have worked on several properties which require refurbishment / maintenance.
Knowlwdge and Qualifications

1. Must have leadership skills
2. Must be able to grow current porfolio.
3. The position is a one year renewable contract.
4. Applicants should be between age 35 and 45
