Dr. (Mrs) Mary Ade-Fosudo(Managing Director)

Dr. (Mrs.) Mary Ade-Fosudo has a Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Bachelors Degree in Administration from University of Lagos. In 2003,she obtained a Ph. D in Business Administration from University of Malborough.She joined Arthur Anderson (now KPMG) in 1984 and spent over 15 years working in various capacities.

In 1999, she fulfilled her vision of managing a firm to provide business support services to other firms by starting Fosad Consulting Ltd, a company (majorly involved in business support services) over which she has presided as Managing Director from inception till date.

Mary is a member of several boards including Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce, Trade Mission Committee and she also chairs the Trade and Investment Committee of the chamber.

Selected Relevant Experience

  • Consultation and set-up of new business activities for global clients – Motorola, Harris Stratex, etc
  • Executive selection process – Citibank.
  • Supervised residential renovation for several high profile corporate clients – Coca-Cola International, British American Tobacco (BAT), Motorola, Harris Stratex, etc
  • Training & Development of key staff – Auditor General Office, Lagos State.
  • Responsible for start-up and management of KPMG business support services unit.
 

Obozokhai Osawemen (Lead, Human Resources)

Obozokhai has a Bachelors Degree (Second Class Upper Honors) in Education from UNIBEN, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the same university and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

A former employee of Platinum Bank and with over 3 years experience in the Health sector. He joined Accenture in 2004 and has substantial experience in Management Consulting with extensive Project Management experience. In 2007 he joined a management consulting firm, Strategos as Managing Partner and assisted with its takeoff.

Currently, Obozokhai is the Lead of the firm's HRS Group and is responsible for the delivery of Human Performance, Project management and Business Process Design projects. He has been involved in several Management consulting projects for a number of high performing clients in the Financial, Products, and Oil and Gas industries in Nigeria.

Selected Relevant Experience

  • Workforce Performance assessment and issue definition of several banks.
  • Articulation of Human Management Strategy for several institutions.
  • Design and development of Service Delivery Models (SDM) that incorporate the definition of the characteristics of the service delivery elements (People, Processes, Technology & Strategy) as well as the identification of alternate delivery channels.
  • Assessment of skills and competency requirements for staff of some organisations, developed a skills acquisition strategy and led the development of a CBT-based new employee orientation course.
  • Developed and implemented communication and change management initiatives at varying workforce levels to engender staff ownership and commitment to corporate objectives.
 

Uju Ikem (Consultant, HR services)

Uju is in the Human Resource Services department paying particular attention to training, local and expatriate placement services to our clients.

She started her career in the banking industry in 1993 and worked in various departments. She left the bank to join Beloxxi and Company Ltd; a manufacturing company and rose to be the Head,Human Resource and Administration before joining FOSAD.

Uju has experience covering Administration and Human Resource function over the years. She holds a B. Sc (Hons) in Biology from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and an MBA specializing in Management from the University of Lagos.

Uju is married with a son. Her hobbies are reading, cooking and listening to music.

  • Executive Selection process for several business organisations including ECULAW, SWAP Technologies & Telecoms Plc, Nigeria LNG etc
  • Outsourcing & Payroll management for several high performing businesses.
  • Coordination & Facilitation of training for organisations.
 

Okhai Olaghere (Lead, Expatriate & Allied Services)

Okhai has a Bachelors Degree in Law from University of Jos and was called to Bar in 1991.

She started out her working career with Adebusoye & Oteniya Law Chambers before joining Equity Bank (now Intercontinental Bank) . Over the next 13 years she worked in various roles and rose to manage several departments (Treasury, Business Development, Electronic Banking, etc).

She joined Nigerian Airspace Management Agency where she pioneered and managed the Customer Service department before joining Fosad Consulting Lmited.

She currently manages the Expatriate & Allied Services department.

  • Office set-up for several business organizations including ECULAW Washington, Odilum Technologies Limited, Hotel Bon Voyage Limited, etc
  • Negotiated and currently manages several accounts including Zain Nigeria Limited, British American Tobacco (BAT), etc
  • Offering varied immigration and ancillary services.
 

Olawole Oyedeji (Lead, Real Estate Consulting)

Wole has a 1999 diploma from the Osun State College of Technology and a Diploma in Computer Science from Euny Thomas Communication, Okene; Kogi State affiliated to Federal University of Technology, Akure.

He began his career at Akin Olawore & Co. as Estate Surveyor in November 2001 and over a 7 years period he was responsible for the Management and Agency Department at the Victoria Island Branch. He joined Akin Olawore & Co. and discharged several responsibilities.

He has attended courses in Real Estate Practice within and outside Nigeria.

In February 2008, he joined Fosad Consulting Ltd. as Real Estate Officer and currently leads the Real Estate Department.

 

Mr. Yemi Olaojo (Head, Accounts and Finance)

Olayemi is a professional accountant with over 8years experience. A very analytical person whose experience covers both the Manufacturing and the Service areas of Business.He graduated in 1998 with upper credit grade in Accounting. Olayemi has a reputation of being an excellent credit manager, a skill that has earned him recognitions in various organizations he has served.

He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).Presently he heads the Finance & Account department of Fosad consulting Ltd, a position that involves managing the finances of the organization towards ensuring the achievement of the set objective.

Selected Relevant Experience.

  • Oversee all key elements of the Finance function for enterprises including financial reporting, financial and management accounting,tax and regulatory compliance, finance controls (budgeting, planning, forecasting, risk managements),corporate finance and treasury management.
  • Analyzing cash flow, cost control and expenses that guide business decisions.
  • Presentation of key performance indicator that includes EBTI, net income, cash flow, invested capital, balance sheet size, leverage ratio and ROI.
